Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Formevora’s website, administration service, and mobile application.

Effective and last updated: 13 August 2026

1. Agreement and customer authority

By accessing Formevora, you agree to these terms. If you use Formevora for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. A separate signed order, subscription agreement, or data-processing agreement controls where it conflicts with these online terms.

2. Accounts and workspace administration

Accounts are issued through an authorized workspace invitation. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, protect devices that contain offline data, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Workspace administrators control membership, roles, forms, assignments, retention settings, and permitted use of workspace content.

3. Permitted use

You may use Formevora for lawful operational forms, assignments, evidence, review, and reporting. You must not:

  • access another workspace or data without authorization;
  • interfere with service security, availability, or integrity;
  • upload malware, unlawful content, or content that violates another person's rights;
  • misrepresent identity, approvals, signatures, evidence, or audit events;
  • reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits except where law expressly permits it; or
  • use the service in a way that creates unreasonable risk to people, property, or systems.

4. Operational responsibility

Formevora supports recordkeeping and workflow; it does not replace professional judgment, statutory inspections, emergency procedures, or legal and regulatory advice. The customer is responsible for form design, instructions, reviewer competence, device procedures, record-retention settings, and determining whether electronic signatures or evidence satisfy its requirements.

5. Customer content

As between you and Formevora, the customer retains its rights in content submitted to its workspace. The customer grants Formevora the limited rights needed to host, process, synchronize, back up, display, and transmit that content to operate and secure the service. You confirm that you have the necessary authority and notices to submit content, including information about other people.

6. Formevora materials

Formevora and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and platform templates. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, no ownership is transferred. Feedback may be used to improve the service without restriction or attribution, provided it does not disclose confidential customer content.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Connectivity, device state, third-party infrastructure, and scheduled maintenance may affect availability. Features may change as the product develops. Customers should maintain appropriate operational contingencies and exports for critical records.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or suspended to address security threats, unlawful use, material breach, non-payment under a separate order, or risks to the service or other customers. On termination, access ends and data is retained or deleted according to the applicable agreement, workspace policy, legal requirements, backup lifecycle, and our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formevora is provided on an “as available” basis and implied warranties are excluded. Formevora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss caused by customer form design, unauthorized use, or failure to follow required operating procedures. Any liability limits in a signed agreement take precedence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. General

You must comply with applicable export, sanctions, privacy, employment, safety, and records laws. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. Applicable governing law and dispute arrangements are those in the customer's signed agreement or, if none, the mandatory rules that legally apply.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will identify the effective date. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. Questions: admin@formevora.com.
